THE EPTA SOLUTIONS FOR ICE CREAM, PASTRY AND SELF SERVICE
On show at stand R11, Pavilion 11, the Iarp brand of the Epta Group conquers Asia with a range of solutions dedicated to Ice-Cream and Pastry products and a section of Self-Service technologies.
For whipped ice-cream, Iarp presents the plug-in Delight 7 refrigerated display case which, belonging to the Cool Emotions range, hosts up to 7 tubs, easily accessed by the operator. In addition, it is characterised for its ergonomic design and total customisation, ideal also to communicate promotions and special offers.
The Delight range is designed to ensure the proper storage of not only ice cream but also of pastry products. The plug-in Delight 18, equipped with the pastry kit, will be on display at the fair: thanks to its wide glass front and the use of LEDs, light becomes a key element in vastly enhancing cakes and pastries.
These serve-over models are joined by different Self-Service furnishings, such as Delta Eutectic, model of reference in Asia, and Brooklyn, of the ColDistrict family, vending machine designed for the distribution of packaged ice cream. Flexibility and connectivity: Brooklyn can be connected to the main payment and monitoring systems as well as being equipped with a full-glass door and display touch screen, to boost impulse buying.
Recent market surveys show how the Self-Service sector has enormous growth potential in South-East Asia, thanks to the exponential development of digital BI technologies and mobile apps, estimated in the measure of a CAGR of 16.8%.
Iarp intercepts this trend thanks to its highly digitized models through LineON, the EptaService platform which remotely monitors, also via app, and 24/7, the plug-in performance, in terms of energy and sales.
